Invapay is a global trading and payment system that allows businesses to order from and pay any vendor, offering a simple way to trade with ad-hoc and One-Time Only Vendors (OTOV) that are not set up on your system, helping you to manage "The Long Tail."

The Invapay portal is a simple but data-rich intermediary which accepts buyer orders on behalf of vendors and delivers goods receipting and eInvoicing at complete line item detail for buyer control.

Buyers select vendors and place orders via the portal. Once the order has been accepted by the vendor and the goods/services delivered, the buyer authorises the transactions and the Invapay portal collects payments by the agreed method (all payment types). Funds are then transferred to the vendor’s bank account through Bacs or EFT within five days from invoice submission (subject to agreed terms).

The portal then delivers back real time eInvoicing and enriched line item detail.
